Bangkok Airways has decided to lease for five years two Airbus A320s from Debis AirFinance, rather than go ahead with earlier plans to acquire Boeing 737s. These new A320s will have 164 seats in all-economy configuration and be used to operate scheduled passenger services to China. The first is due to be delivered at the end of August or in September and the other aircraft will be delivered at the end of October or in November.
