The US Federal Aviation Administration says large transport category aircraft, such as the Boeing Business Jet and the Airbus Corporate Jetliner, can be operated under a Part 135 certificate if they have 30 seats or fewer and payloads of 3,400kg (7,500lb) or less. The FAA is to determine whether additional requirements should be established for large aircraft operated commercially under Part 135 or privately under Part 91.
