Off shore operator Air Logistics is expected to take delivery next month of four Bell 206L-4 Long Rangers. The light single engine machines will be used to by the Los Angeles-based operator to provide transportation and other support services to the oil and gas industry. In a separate deal, emergency medical services operator Lifestar has signed a purchase agreement for two Bell 430s, which will replace two 412s in service. Delivery of the first aircraft to the University of Tennessee, Knoxville-based operator is scheduled for May 2003, and the second shortly afterwards, says Bell.
