SEVEN US AIR Force officers involved in the 14 April, 1994, shooting down of two US Army Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters over northern Iraq have been disciplined.
Both McDonnell Douglas F-15 pilots have been given non-flying jobs and three members of the Boeing E-3 AWACS crew are also grounded. The five individuals and two commanders involved in the incident have all had career-ending performance evaluations.
