Boeing and Lockheed Martin last week withdrew their request for antitrust review of the planned United Launch Alliance joint venture combining their respective Delta and Atlas launcher businesses. But they planned to resubmit the application in a bid to restart the 30-day clock for antitrust review as they work to answer US Department of Defense questions on projected cost savings (Flight International, 20-26 September).
