SALES SHIFT

Raytheon is shifting its international sales headquarters from Geneva, Switzerland to Chester, UK. Birthplace of the Hawker 800-series, the Chester facility is the centre of Hawker service and support in Europe and a major heavy-maintenance service facility for NetJets Europe. Raytheon's president for commercial sales, Brad Hatt, says international sales of the Beechcraft and Hawker brands "has grown from 16% of overall sales in 2004 to 35% in 2006". Meanwhile, Bombardier is strengthening its US sales team and restructuring its international team.
