ITP Industria de Turbo Propulsores, the Spanish engine subassemblies joint venture between Rolls-Royce and Spain's Sener Aeronáutica, aims to double revenue to nearly €1 billion ($1.36 billion) by 2015 and plans to invest €350 million in R&D and about €150 million in facilities. Engine component production could quadruple with the service entry of Rolls-Royce-powered Boeing 787s and Airbus A350s and more sales for the Trent 900 on the Airbus A380.
