Aerofoam Metals,
which has taken a leap forward in its aim of targeting the aerospace industry with the signature of a proprietary information agreement (PIA) with Boeing. The pair will explore opportunities to use Aerofoam's Aerometal, which allows products to maintain the physical characteristics of aluminium, but with lower density and weight. Aerofoam president Paul Colacci says the company is "excited that we have been able to engage the industry as quickly as we have".

SR Technics says it will focus on "high-growth businesses and markets in the Middle East and Asia".
