The successful launch of Eurasiat/Turksat 2A aboard Ariane 44P/V137 on 10 January began Arianespace 's 2001 launch campaign - the 60th consecutive successful Ariane 4 launch. It was delayed from last year after Eurasiat manufacturer Alcatel Space ordered a check on the spacecraft. On 7 February, V139 will carry the Italian Sicral and UK Skynet 4F military communications satellites aboard an Ariane 44L.
