Taiwan's China Airlines has chosen UTC Aerospace to provide the carrier spare parts for its Airbus and Boeing aircraft.
The five-year agreement will cover the air management, electric, and engineering systems on aircraft such as Airbus A330s and A340s, and Boeing 737-800s and 747-400s, says UTC Aerospace.
“UTC Aerospace Systems recognizes how important it is to have easy access to the parts you need, when you need them, and through this comprehensive and cost-effective solution, we will be able to provide China Airlines with both reliable parts to support our world-class systems and dedicated service to meet their requirements,” adds its vice-president for customer service Jim Patrick.
