China Cargo Airlines plans to launch freighter services to Luxembourg.
The Civil Aviation Administration of China says China Cargo Airlines has applied for traffic rights to serve the Shanghai Pudong-Chongqing-Urumqi-Luxembourg-Shanghai Pudong route.
It plans to have two flights per week starting in September and using Boeing MD-11 freighters, it says.
