Cessna's 400th Citation Mustang has rolled off the production line in Independence, Kansas, about five years after the entry level business jet entered service.
The $3 million, six-seat aircraft - dubbed the world's first fully certificated entry-level business jet - is typically used for corporate or personal travel, Cessna said.
It has also found a niche within the charter, special missions and medical air transport markets - notably as an airline flight training tool.
The worldwide fleet of Mustangs is averaging 480h, with 45 Mustangs having accumulated more than 1,000h each, said Cessna.
