Neal Keating has been named vice-resident and general manager of Rockwell's Collins Air Transport division at Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He was formerly vice-president and general manager at Rockwell Automation (formerly known as Allen-Bradley), in Milwaukee. He succeeds Clay Jones, who was promoted to executive vice-president of the Avionics & Communications businesses in November 1996.
