- BAE Systems has received a $9.7 million contract to supply 223 navigation system computer displays for two US Army helicopters – the Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk and Boeing CH-47 Chinook.
- The Bell Boeing joint venture has received $35 million to correct deficiencies identified with the CV-22 Osprey tiltrotor ordered by the US Special Operations Command. Northrop Grumman is to supply directional infrared countermeasures systems worth $125 million for the CV-22.
- Raytheon is to develop and demonstrate a next-generation transmit/receive module for advanced radars using power amplifiers based primarily on 28V gallium nitride chips under a $9.9 million contract awarded by the US Navy.
- GKN Aerospace Chemtronics has received the fifth in a series of awards by the US Air Force to make $45 million worth of nozzle support structures to support Pratt & Whitney F100 engines used for the Boeing F-15 and Lockheed Martin F-16 fleets.
- Selex is to produce two RAT 31 DL/M Long Range 3D air surveillance Mobile Radars for the German ministry of defence under a new contract.
