US charter company Corporate America Aviation has launched a foreign charter attaché service to support flight departments and charter operators worldwide. Daniel Darwish, founder of Burbank, California-based Corporate America, said: "Flight departments and charter companies do a fine job of flying their own planes to global destinations, but when asked by an owner or client to make arrangements completely offshore without using their own company assets, they are often unsure where to begin or how to proceed.
