Delta TechOps signed a three-year, non-exclusive time and materials contract with Milan-based carrier Neos for maintenance on its CFM International CFM56-7B engines.
"Delta TechOps was the perfect fit for our organization," says Marco Brusa, technical director for Neos. "In addition to their proven track record with the CFM56-7B engine, they can deliver the precise level of flexibility we need in shop input date and spare engine availability."
Neos has six CFM56-7B-powered Boeing 737-800s in service, according to Flightglobal's Ascend Online database.
The carrier also operates two Boeing 767-300ER aircraft powered by General Electric CF6-80C2 engines.
