Diamond Aircraft will launch the Speed Katana light aircraft and Super Dimona TTS motor glider at the ILA show in Berlin, Germany, in mid-May. Both all-composite two-seat aircraft, are powered by the turbocharged Rotax 914 piston, engine. The uprated Speed Katana is aimed at the personal-aircraft market, while the Super Dimona has been approved for glider towing and is being evaluated for surveillance missions.
