The biggest Falcon 7X order since the summer is also the initial fleet of an un-named Saudi Arabian charter start-up. Up to seven Falcon 7X tri-jets, and an option for another three will begin delivery at the end of 2009, followed by two aircraft per year. The 7X is Dassault’s best selling aircraft in the Middle East. An additional Falcon authorised service centre in the region is opening with Saudi Arabia Airlines, whose expertise “will support not only the expanding Falcon Fleet based in the Middle East but also Falcon operators that fly regularly between the Asia-Pacific region and Europe”, says Dassault Falcon Jet CEO John Rosanvallon.
