Service organisation Duncan Aviation, of Lincoln, Nebraska, has promoted Aaron Hilkemann to executive vice-president and chief operating officer. He will also continue as chief financial officer for Duncan Enterprises. He was formerly vice-president and director of financial operations at FirstTier Financial, of Omaha, Nebraska. Tony Gilbert is named manager of international business-partner development. He was formerly an international service marketing representative. Dave Molsberry has become manager of Duncan Avionics' service centre at Denver, Colorado. Before joining Duncan in 1989, he worked with avionics firms, including Jet East, DFW Avionics and Arrow Avionics, all of Dallas, Texas. John Noxon is appointed manager of Duncan's Aviation Propeller and Accessory shop. With the company for 20 years, Noxon is a former director of technical services and manager of the Denver satellite-avionics shop. Todd Wood is named assistant manager of Duncan's Santa Ana, California, satellite-avionics shop. He has been with the company for more than two years.
