EADS Casa has performed in-flight refuelling trials with Eurofighter Typhoon development aircraft DA1 and a Spanish air force Boeing 707 tanker.
The trials follow similar tests last year using a Lockheed Martin KC-130H Hercules. Meanwhile, Eurofighter has signed the PC11 support contract, worth more than €120 million ($135 million) in the initial operational phase.
