Piaggio Aero Industries is to offer on the P180 Avanti the Aviation Communication & Surveillance Systems (ACSS) T2CAS system which combines a traffic collision avoidance system with a terrain awareness and warning system. The Phoenix, Arizona-based company has teamed with Canadian aerospace technology companies to develop the system for the twin pusher.
