Cessna's Citation Sovereign mid- size business jet made its debut outside North America at EBACE. The aircraft received provisional US certification late last year and full approval is pending, following completion late last month of function and reliability testing. European certification is earmarked for the fourth quarter. Meanwhile, Cessna will, later this month, deliver to UK-based customers the first two Caravans equipped with the Oasis executive interior.
