Comlux has become a 40 per cent shareholder and commercial partner in the Airbus Corporate Jet Centre in Toulouse. The deal has been completed through its Comlux Completion joint venture with the MAZ Consultancy in Bahrain.

“We are honoured to have been selected by Airbus for our reputation in widebody VIP aircraft, our solid expertise in business aviation and our mission beyond our shareholder position, to be a real commercial partner in the business of VIP widebody completion,” says Mohammed Al Zeer, CEO of Comlux Completion.

The Airbus Corporate Jet Centre was launched in July 2007 in response to a peceived shortage of suitable completion centres. “We quickly won several orders for cabin completions of Airbus single-aisle aircraft, and aim to be the best completion centre worldwide for ACJ aircraft,” says Benoit Defforge, CEO of the Airbus Corporate Jet Centre.
