Aviators has signed a $15 million deal for three Nextant 400XTis and become the type's exclusive sales agent in India, Nextant Aerospace announced at the show.
Cleveland-based Nextant describes the Aviators order as an "initial" purchase, which implies there could be follow-on acquisitions.
Nextant unveiled the 400XTi at EBACE as an updated version of the remanufactured Hawker 400 twin-engined jet that entered service two years ago.
The 400XTi includes a new interior shell that offers more room for passengers and reduces noise. The upgrade also replaces analogue gauges and incandescent bulbs on the flightdeck with digital instruments and LCD and LED displays.
