Beechcraft is at EBACE to tell the market unequivocally that it is back in business as a manufacturer and developer of pistons and turboprop aircraft and is continuing to support the global fleet of Hawker business jets.
Speaking at the show, Beechcraft executive vice-president for sales and marketing Shawn Vick said: "We're done talking about protection and the restructuring, going forward you are going to hear about our successful results as we continue to build and capitalise on our potential."
The US airframer confirms it is in discussions with potential buyers for the Hawker 4000 and Beechcraft Premier business jet type certificates.
"We are talking to qualified entities who can support these out-of-production aircraft, but have no interest in selling the TC's for any of our other aircraft," says Vick.
