Le Castellet International airport returns again to the EBACE convention to remind visitors of its self-declared status as the "most exclusive airport on the French Riviera" ahead of the Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix.
The tower-equipped fixed-base operation seemed to thrive in the last two years despite the commercial downturn. Business aircraft traffic grew 11% in both 2009 and 2010, the airport said.
Le Castellet also is now home to Enhance Aero Maintenance, a Part 145 repair station for business aircraft including Cessna Citation, Dassault and Embraer.
