Portable in-flight entertainment system supplier e.Digital has secured new business from Air Burkina and Air Mali.
Both airlines plan to offer the portable eVU system that features either 18-20cm (7-8in)-high resolution liquid crystal display screens and 160-200GB of storage to support more than 20h of continuous video playback and many hours of movies, television shows, music and specialty programming.
The transaction with Air Burkina and Air Mali was facilitated through France Vision Services.
Air Burkina is the flag carrier of Burkina Faso while Air Mali is headquartered in Bamako, Mali.
e.Digital secured its first US customer on 4 December after it finalised a supplier agreement with North American Airlines for the eVU system.
