This year brings a couple of notable changes to the Airline Business editorial schedule. A new Special Report in March will be devoted to marketing, an issue rapidly moving up the boardroom agenda.

In a small break with tradition, the famous World Airline Rankings will also move forward a month from their traditional slot in September. In part this reflects the ability of our data team to collate the results earlier in the year, but also gives room to provide better timings for surrounding features. But all the familiar reports, rankings and surveys again appear on the list starting with our look at services this month:

January: In-flight &ground services

February: Finance &leasing

March: Marketing

April: Aircraft &engines

May: Regionals

June: Airport - ranking

July: Airline IT

August: The World Airline Rankings

September: Airline alliances

October: Maintenance

November: Cargo

December: Airport - strategy
