Pilkington Optronics is notching up a first at Farnborough. At this year's Show the company is pulling the wraps off its complete range of integrated airborne electro-optic equipment, including display helmet systems, surveillance systems, pilots' night vision equipment and infra-red search and track systems. The company (H2/B23) is demonstrating its air defence capability with an airfield security surveillance system, an air defence alerting device and thermal weapon sights for low level air defence systems.
