Embraer has signed an agreement with Chinese financial leasing company Minsheng Financial Leasing to promote business aviation in China and create financing opportunities for Embraer business jets.

The airframer says the agreement will lead to more opportunities to increase its market share in China.

"Embraer has full confidence in developing co-operation with Minsheng Financial Leasing at all levels and related aspects to jointly promote China's executive aviation market," says Embraer's executive vice-president for executive jets Luís Carlos Affonso.

Minsheng Financial Leasing, a subsidiary of China Minsheng Banking, began offering leasing services for business jets in 2009.

"With the advantages of each party, the alliance between Embraer and Minsheng Financial Leasing will surely promote sound and robust development of China's executive aviation market. We look forward to establishing a win-win collaboration," says Kong Linshan, the chairman of Minsheng Financial Leasing.

The agreement with Minsheng Financial Leasing follows a similar deal signed with China's ABC Leasing last month to create financing opportunities for the sale of Embraer business jets in China.
