Lockheed Martin has sold its PRICE Systems business to managers at the former subsidiary in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, USA. The company markets software tools and services used to estimate the cost of aerospace and defence products and establish product development schedules. PRICE Systems, formed in 1975, was obtained as part of Lockheed Martin's acquisition of General Electric's aerospace product lines.
