Northrop Grumman has opened an 80,000ft2 (7,400m2) facility in Aurora, Colorado, in advance of planned workforce expansion next year. Employing more than 1,000 people in Aurora, Northrop Grumman has increased its workforce by 30% in the last two years and plans to add another 150 jobs by 2006. "Northrop Grumman's intelligence and defence business in Aurora has grown significantly in recent years and is expected to grow even more," says Charles Fey, vice-president, Northrop Grumman Mission System's Data Systems Operations in Aurora.
