Sino Swearingen's SJ30 established a world record for a light business jet by flying from its US base in San Antonio, Texas to Farnborough in 10h 24min, including a 42min refuelling stop at Goose Bay, Canada, The jet flew Goose Bay-Farnborough direct, setting a speed and range record. The SJ30, which is on display at the show, received US certification in October last year. First delivery is imminent.
