Mongolian carrier Hunnu Air has agreed to lease four Embraer 190s from CDB Aviation.
The lessor states that the first of the jets will be delivered in May 2019, with the other to follow in 2020 and 2021. They will be configured with six business and 92 economy class seats.
Flight Fleets Analyzer shows that Hunnu Air operates two ATR 72-500s and has four Fokker 50s in storage.
It operates domestic flights, and internationally to Xijao, Hailar and Ulan Ude.
Hunnu Air chief executive Munkhjargal Purevjal says that the airline is focusing on providing more domestic and regional flights.
“In conjunction with our growing fleet by these Embraer E-190s from CDB Aviation and numerous scheduling options, we need to continue to grow our operations, and further anchor ourselves within the country’s travel landscape,” he adds.
