Middle Eastern operator Oman Air is to open four new European and Asian routes this year, as it begins introducing its Airbus A330s.
The Omani flag-carrier is to begin non-stop flights from its Muscat base to Frankfurt on 17 September and Paris on 11 October.
Frankfurt will be served six days per week and Paris four days.
It will also operate to the Sri Lankan capital Colombo and Male in the Maldives, both four-times weekly from 12 October.
Oman Air begins taking its A330 aircraft in August. It says it will acquire two A330-200s, in two-class layout, and two A330-300s, with a three-class layout, this year.
It plans to take seven A330s in total.
