Grp Capt. Michael Watkins has been appointed Clerk of the UK Guild of Air Pilots and Air Navigators (GAPAN). Watkins, who joined the Royal Air Force in 1956, retired in 1992 from his final posting as President of the Air Board at the Officer and Aircrew Selection Centre at RAF Biggin Hill.
