Flight Visions of the USA, the aircraft cockpit display specialist, is to team up with UK-based Pilkington Optronics to offer an advanced head-up display (HUD) for the planned upgrade of US Air Force C-130s.

The US company has also announced this week that it is teaming up with BVR Avionics, a wholly-owned subsidiary of BVR Systems of Israel.

The companies have developed remote air combat training systems using BVR's embedded simulations of avionics sensors integrated in the Flight Visions' FV-3000 mission computer. The simulations will be injected and displayed on the cockpit displays and HUD.
