German Operating Aircraft Leasing has arranged the long-term lease of one Airbus A321 (MSN 7962) to VietJet Air.
The aircraft is placed in KGAL's Aircraft Portfolio Fund 1 (APF1) for German institutional investors.
Credit Agricole says it acted as co-ordinator, facility agent and security trustee for the financing of the narrowbody. The French lender and Korea Development Bank acted as mandated lead arrangers.
GOAL and APF1 were advised by Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and the lenders by Clifford Chance.
