With suppliers like Lufthansa Technik and Jet Aviation, Europe is not short of high-quality completions houses. But US company Greenpoint Technologies believes it has what it takes to compete and is offering a free Seattle-style coffee to showgoers who drop in at booth 630 to check its credentials.
Based on Boeing’s doorstep in Kirkland, Washington, Greenpoint has completed 13 VIP BBJs and has several head-of-state aircraft and a Middle East VIP 747SP in work.
Greenpoint specialities include computer-generated 3D “flythroughs” of proposed interior designs and the deployment of extra US Federal Aviation Administration designated engineering representative support to expedite the award of supplemental type certificates.
