Maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) agreements are becoming a huge part of the revenue of aerospace companies - and Honeywell is no exception. At Farnborough this week it has announced five major deals with Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa CityLine, MyTravel Airways, Swiss International Airlines and Air Canada.

Four of the contracts concern MRO agreements on its own APUs: RE-220 APUs on Lufthansa CityLine's 20 Bombardier CRJ700 aircraft fleet; 36-300 APUs on Air Canada's Airbus A320s; 331-200 and 131-9(A) APUs on MyTravel Airways' fleet of 34 Airbus A320/A321/ A330 and several Boeing 757/767 aircraft; and 36/150RJ APUs on Austrian Airlines' fleet of Bombardier 17 CRJ100 and CRJ200 regional jets.
