Dubai 2003 is proving a major opportunity for Czech model maker HPH (Stand E669) further to expand its customer base.
HPH has been making small aircraft models for 14 years. It currently manufactures models of 350 different types and can make models of any type to order. The company specialises in fibreglass construction, though models can also be made using wood and metals.
"We operate in a very specialised market and sell mainly to museums, aviation companies and private collectors," says Jaroslav Potmesil, one of the owners. "We have large client bases in Japan and the USA and we are looking to expand our business here in the UAE.
"We first exhibited in Dubai two years ago and we have decided to return and try to sign new long-term deals."
