Spanish carrier Iberia has rolled out its new livery and logo today on a new Airbus A330-300 aircraft after unveiling the rebranding scheme last month.
Iberia's chief executive officer Luis Gallego said the rebranding demonstrates the ‘ongoing’ transformation and modernisation of the carrier. The move marks Iberia’s first major livery change in decades.

The A330, on lease from operating lessor BOC Aviation, is the fifth delivery of an eight-aircraft mandate with the Singapore-based lessor. The remaining three deliveries are scheduled for 2014.
Iberia also is updating its cabins as part of the carrier’s rebranding. In addition to its A330 fleet, a total of six A340-600s will be retrofitted this year with the new cabin, while 11 A340-600s will follow by 2015.
The transformation, which includes 25 long-haul aircraft, will be complete by March 2015, says Iberia’s commercial director Marco Sansavini.
