Ibis Aerospace flew for the first time on 25 February the production- conforming prototype Ae270 Spirit single-engined turboprop. The eight-seat pressurised aircraft flew for 1h from the company's Prague base, powered for the first time by a Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6-66A engine. The Spirit was equipped with a Chelton Systems electronic flight instrument system, says Ibis.
