ICBC Leasing has approved finance leases on two Airbus A320s operated by Thai AirAsia.
The airline has announced that ICBC (Thai) Leasing has granted it a Bt2.1 billion ($70 million) credit facility to cover the acquisition of the aircraft, bringing its fleet to 29 A320s. Both aircraft have already been delivered.
Thai AirAsia adds that it plans to continue to add to its fleet and further expand its domestic and international network.
Flightglobal's Ascend Online database shows that the airline has a further five A320s that are scheduled for delivery this year.
