Sabena Flight Academy is at Berlin to promote its services to corporations and private individuals. The flight training provider is one of the few such organisations to offer very light jet training. In January the FFA granted its Arizona based training centre approval to conduct type-rating training for the Eclipse 500.
Bert Sellis, sales manager, says: “Our basic focus is to give jet experience to young students before they get to an airline. This sends them off with more knowledge than before. As the industry pushes for ‘faster’ and ‘cheaper’ we are offering a cost-effective and safe training solution.”
