Indonesian Aerospace (IAe), also known as Dirgantara Indonesia, signed a memorandum of understanding with Airbus Helicopters at the recent Singapore Airshow.
The agreement will cover the maintenance, repair and overhaul of Airbus Helicopters’ products operated within Indonesia, says Airbus Helicopters.
The expansion of agreement builds on the existing relationship IAe has with the European helicopter manufacturer, to whom it supplies upper and lower fuselage sections and tail booms for the EC225 and EC725 helicopters.
IAe also serves as the customisation and delivery centre for the AS365 Dauphin, EC725 Cougar, and AS350 and AS555 Fennec helicopters ordered by the Indonesian government.
