Indonesia's Mandala Airlines will suspend all operations from tomorrow to enable it to restructure.

In a notice on its website, Mandala says it will "cease all operations" from 06:00 tomorrow "to initiate a business restructuring".

Local news reports suggest that the carrier is struggling with debt problems.

Mandala operates a fleet of three Airbus A320s and two A319s.

The carrier has a further 25 A320s on firm order, scheduled for delivery in the second half of this year.
