First time exhibitor Arrowhead (booth 535) is using Aircraft Interiors as an avenue to showcase its ultra lightweight ducting used in aircraft environmental systems and featured on the Boeing 787 and the Learjet 85.

"We need to get exposure," says Arrowhead business development manager Jeffrey Truesdell, who explains as the company's capabilities change, "we need to re-educate our customers".

One customer likely to join Arrowhead's base of the major manufacturers is China's Comac. Truesdell says Arrowhead has signed a letter of intent with the Chinese manufacturer to supply the new lightweight ducting for the new 150-170-seat C919.
