Leather and textiles provider Perrone Aerospace (booth 719) has launched a "lifecycle sustainability" initiative, which introduces "green" practices throughout its manufacturing and refurbishing processes. At the forefront of the company's initiative is its new lightweight, fuel-saving leather seating material, Leather XT, which it says weighs "a fraction" of regular leather material while offering "an incredible strength-to-weight ratio due to its bonded technology".
