US-based Intrepid Aviation Partners has chosen EADS company EFW to do up to 25 Airbus passenger aircraft conversions over the next five years, it will be announced at the show today.

The agreement provides for the conversion of A300-600R and A310-300 aircraft.

The first two Intrepid A300-600R aircraft will enter the EFW hangar at Dresden in mid 2002 and return to service as freighters before the end of that year.
